Periodic review. The procedure previously housed in this policy has been moved to a separate MOPP document: Resolution of Student Related Complaints Procedure. The policy has been adjusted to respond to stakeholder feedback to ensure clarity and improve clarity. For example, "grievance" has been replaced with "complaint" and "natural justice" has been replaced with "procedural fairness". The policy has been adjusted to include the National Student Ombudsman and inclusions to meet QUT's obligations under the ESOS national code and TEQSA Threshold Standards. Additional placeholders have been introduced and, when published, a placeholder to reference the new Complaint Procedure will also be added.
